What to expect from us when selling your home

We know selling your home can be stressful!

Our commitment to you is to be proactive, knowledgeable, present, and completely transparent.

 

Our goal is to understand your priorities and use them as guideposts, as we develop a customized marketing plan that will meet your needs then execute the plan gracefully and positively.

Here is what you can expect during the first 4 weeks of listing your home:

Week 1
Week 2
  • Hold Broker Open House, if needed.

  • Hold Open House to the public, per schedule.

  • Auto-deliver Listing Analytics to Seller.

  • Provide property showing and interest feedback to Seller on Monday.

  • Re-evaluate Social Media property campaign; make adjustments as needed.

  • Be available to Seller to answer questions or address any concerns.

Week 3
  • Auto-deliver Listing Analytics to Seller.

  • Provide property showing and interest feedback to Seller on Monday.

  • Conduct marketing analysis with new sales and comparables and provide to Seller.

  • Align with Seller on marketing strategy and pricing, based on updated marketing analysis.

  • Re-evaluate Social Media property campaign; make adjustments as needed.

  • Be available to Seller to answer questions or address any concerns.

Week 4
  • Auto-deliver Listing Analytics to Seller.

  • Provide property showing and interest feedback to Seller on Monday.

  • Conduct marketing analysis with new sales and comparables and provide to Seller.

  • Align with Seller on marketing strategy and pricing, based on updated marketing analysis.

  • Re-evaluate Social Media property campaign; make adjustments as needed.

  • Be available to Seller to answer questions or address any concerns.

  • List home on the Michigan MLS and regional/national syndicated partnerships, including Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Home.com, Nextdoor.com, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, etc.

  • Schedule Broker Open House (optional).

  • Plan Open House schedule (optional).

  • Design digital and hardcopy property brochures/flyers/postcards to leave inside the house and for circulation.

  • Deliver property brochures to house.

  • Send listing marketing flyer email blast to local and relevant licensed real estate brokers and agents.

  • Create Social Media property marketing campaign and schedule on Facebook, Instagram, etc.

  • Send property postcards to local home owners through US mail.

  • Schedule auto-email of Listing Analytics to be delivered to Seller weekly (typically every Monday).
